Honda Scores High in J.D. Power Study


Thanks to vehicles like the 2013 Honda Civic, Honda was one of the top brands in the 2013 J.D. Power Initial Quality Study.

Honda was one of the top non-luxury brands in J.D. Power and Associate’s 2013 Initial Quality Study.

The study is based on customer responses after 90 days of ownership. When you remove the luxury brands, Honda was among the top 5 vehicles in Initial Quality, their score of 103 is much higher than the industry average.

Honda is traditionally a top non-luxury brand and they are always above the industry average. J.D. Power says their Initial Quality Study has always been in great indicator of long-term durability among models.

Honda Wins Top Quality

2012 Honda Accord Crosstour

Some of Honda’s top models received another award for total quality.

The Honda Accord Crosstour, Honda Odyssey and Honda Ridgeline each received awards in their class for Total Quality from Global Marketing and Communications firm Strategic Vision.

Total Quality surveyed owners of 2012 model year vehicles from September through December 2011.

Honda winning a quality award is monthly occasion. They just keep winning, winning and winning more awards.
