Thanks to vehicles like the 2014 Honda CR-V, the Honda brand had 3 vehicles in the top of American sales for 2013.
Honda’s top three models were among the top ten best-selling vehicles in the United States in 2013.
No other manufacturer had as many in the top-ten, and after a year of updates and new features, it appears Honda has moved backed to the top of Automotive Industry. The Honda Civic, Honda Accord and Honda CR-V all saw some of their best sales records of all-time.
The Honda Civic overtook the Toyota Corolla as America’s best selling compact car in October 2013.
The Honda Civic is now America’s best selling compact car. Sales data from October reveals that the popular Honda model has passed the Toyota Corolla as the best selling car in its class. Year to date, Honda has sold 280,899 Civics, while the Toyota Corolla has only sold 257,184 units.
We’re no saying the Honda Civic is better is Corolla (we are actually), but drivers on the road are making that decision for us. All new 2013 and 2014 Honda Civics give customers a ton of special features even at their base models. All new Honda Civic models are equipped with Bluetooth, rearview camera, SMS text message features and Pandora Radio. You’ll get all that and the price still won’t break your wallet.
The Honda Crosstour is on MSN’s list of best cars in bad weather. Specifically, Honda likes the EX-L 4WD option powered by a V6 engine. MSN was looking for cars that handle well in snow — trucks and vans were not eligible to qualify for this list.
EX-L was considered because it is the only Crosstour model that offers Honda’s Real Time 4WD. Honda’s Real Time 4WD engages when the system detects you slipping. It transfers power to where you get tire grip. The hydraulically actuated system operates only when front wheel slippage occurs, helping you through terrain that can be tricky to maneuver.

Edmunds, com says the 2014 Honda CR-V is the best new 5-passenger SUV you can buy.
Anyone who is already a CR-V has fallen in love, and when you see it for yourself, you’ll see what Edmunds is saying. Edmunds puts it on the list because you’ll get up to 30 MPG. For a 5-passenger vehicle, there is a lot of available space. With the seats up, you can fit 37.2 cubic feet of cargo inside. Fold down the rear seats, and you can fit up to 70.9 of cubic feet cargo.
“…when it comes to cold, hard facts, figures and just plain reasonable decision-making, there’s no doubt which five-passenger SUV we’d recommend first to friends and family: the Honda CR-V,” Edmunds says.

The road is even worse, as you’re taking kids to multiple schools and trying to cram all their stuff in the car with your work stuff…It can be pretty overwhelming overall.
But not anyone thanks to the Honda Odyssey. MSN has the Odyssey as the highest-ranking minivan in its study.
“Van pools don’t have to be mundane rides in converted Ford Econolines anymore,” MSN Autos says.
