2016 Honda HR-V Trim Levels and MPG Emerge

Details such as trim level, starting MSRP and fuel economy have emerged on the highly anticipated 2016 Honda HR-V. We now know that the HR-V will reach up to 35 MPG with MSRP starting less than $20,000.

We also know that it should be at Waikem Honda sometime in May. Our first models have been entered into our inventory, and now that we have learned more, we’re excited to finally see one for ourselves.

Honda Breaks 2014’s Annual Sales Record

Honda has broken the record for annual sales for 2014! Reaching a grand total of over 1,373,029 total units sold for the year which is a two percent increase from the units sold in 2013. Honda is a household name and that is clear to see with record annual sales once again!

The top sellers of the year included the Accord which reached over 388,000 units sold, CR-V with over 335,000 sold units and the civic who once again surpassed the 300,000 unit mark. And the sub-compact Fit had its best December ever with over 59,000 units sold for the year with over 6,000 sold in December alone. Consumers are making Honda their number one choice to fit all of their car needs and wants.

Honda Civic: Top Ten Best Seller of 2014

Staying strong and keeping its position secure in the top ten is the Honda Civic. Automotive sales grew six percent in 2014 with a grand total of about 16.5 million cars sold. This was a huge year with record sales and all of the vehicles competed to secure a spot in the Top Ten Best Selling Cars of 2014. Over half of the top ten were non-sedan vehicles due to a huge growth in sales with SUV/Truck’s towards the end of the year. But the consumers spoke by choosing this popular sedan more then others showing that Honda’s reputation stays strong.
