Forbes has recently looked into the top vehicles that are most likely to reach 250,000 miles on the odometer.
After checking used car classifieds they found a 1993 Honda Civic with 355,720 miles, a Ford F-150 with 290,000 miles, and a Nissan 300ZX with 330,000 miles. This gave them an understanding of how long cars are lasting these days.
All the cars and trucks on Forbes’s list “received above average scores for both initial quality and mechanical reliability over the first three years of ownership from J.D. Power and associates”. They used available data consulted maintenance and repair cost predictions from Intellichoice.com.
There are a total of ten vehicles on the list. However, the one that stands out for us is the Honda Ridgeline. We are big fans of the Honda Ridgeline due to its sportiness and the innovative cargo area. Where it is able to open like a typical truck bed and swing wide like a car door. We recently reviewed one ourselves.
Like any Honda, the Ridgeline is a durable vehicle that is sure to last. It is also a Top Safety Pick Award Winner.
