Hyundai, Honda and Nissan have best value

Want the best bang for your buck? MSN Autos says there are many vehicles among the top models who fit that mold.

According to the MSN study, Honda, Hyundai and Nissan passenger cars were voted among the top ten “Bang for Your Buck” Passenger Cars.

MSN choose the 2012 Honda Accord LX-P as the passenger car which gets the best bang for your buck. MSN says it’s “one of the most refined, practical and imminently enjoyable sedans at any price.” Consumer Reports votes it as having better than average reliability.

The Hyundai Elantra GLS has already won North American Car of the Year, and now it’s consider #2 for most bang for your buck. The Elantra is considered an “amazing value” by MSN, and gets very high marks for comfort, performance and midsized refinement. The high MPG also contributes to the high grade.

Not far behind, the Hyundai Sonata GLS finished 3rd. The larger version of the Elantra gets high marks from MSN for its high score in road tests and fuel efficiency.

The 2012 Nissan Altima SL makes the list and gets high grades for adding more style to the reliable passenger vehicle. It makes the list thanks to the nicer wheels and the leather interior on the SL trim.
